Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

Honeywell, Kirloskar Bros., HAL, Kirloskar Elec and Aadhar Housing Fin, hit their fresh 52-week highs during the day.

Mazhar Mohammad of Chartviewindia.in said technical indicators are turning mixed as the weekly MACD chart has generated a 'buy' signal, giving an edge to the bulls.
NEW DELHI: Shares of Honeywell, Kirloskar Bros., HAL, Kirloskar Elec and Aadhar Housing Fin, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Thursday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 203.3 points up at 22403.85 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Brightcom Group, SEL Manufact, Ebixcash World Money, IRB InvIT Fund and Mask Investments, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 40 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 10 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, M&M, Tata Consumer, Bharti Airtel, Tech Mahindra and LTIMindtree were among top gainers during the day, while Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, SBI, BPCL and Power Grid ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 676.69 points up at 73663.72.

Traders piled up positions in Defence, Telecommunications, Industrial Consumables, Irrigation & Allied Services and Cables sectors, while selling was witnessed in Trading, Pesticides/Agro Chemicals, Cement, Banks and Electric/Electronics sectors during the day.
