Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Rane Brake Lin, Arrow Greentech, Oriental Hotels, Univastu India and Hindustan Zinc, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Friday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 172.36 points down at 22475.85 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Adroit Infotech (PP), Emami Paper Mil, Ibull Housing Fin(PP), Signpost India and Osia Hyper Retail, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 15 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 35 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Coal India Ltd, Grasim Inds., ONGC, Dr. Reddys and Hindalco were among top gainers during the day, while L&T, Maruti Suzuki, Nestle India, RIL and Bharti Airtel ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 732.96 points down at 73878.15.

Traders piled up positions in Mining, Metals - Non Ferrous, Irrigation & Allied Services, Industrial Equipment and Logistics sectors, while selling was witnessed in Trading, Construction, Cables, Aquaculture and Media & Entertainment sectors during the day.
