Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Nupur Recyclers, Action Const., Hind Copper, Cochin Shipyard and Onelife Capital, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Monday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 135.1 points up at 22462.0 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as FutureLifestyleFash, Penta Gold, SVP Global, Vinati Organics and Mask Investments, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 31 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 19 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, JSW Steel, Tata Steel, Divis Labs, Shriram Finance and Adani Ports SEZ were among top gainers during the day, while Eicher Motors, Titan Company, Nestle India, Bajaj Auto and LTIMindtree ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 363.2 points up at 74014.55.

Traders piled up positions in Media & Entertainment, Sugar, Petrochemicals, Fertilisers and Real Estate sectors, while selling was witnessed in FMCG, Agro Processing, Gems and Jewellery, Electric/Electronics and Retail sectors during the day.
