Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

Moksh Ornaments Ltd., AVG Logistics, Zaggle Prepaid Ocean, Salzer Electro and SML Isuzu, hit their fresh 52-week highs during the day.

Nagaraj Shetti, Technical Research Analyst at HDFC Securities, believes Monday's pattern could be considered as a High Wave, which reflects high volatility in the market at swing highs.
NEW DELHI: Shares of Moksh Ornaments Ltd., AVG Logistics, Zaggle Prepaid Ocean, Salzer Electro and SML Isuzu, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Monday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 90.66 points down at 22122.05 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Rajshree Polypack, Vibhor Steel Tubes, Entero Healthcare So, Orient Refractories and Euro India Fresh, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 14 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 36 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, L&T, Power Grid, Adani Ent., BPCL and Tata Consumer were among top gainers during the day, while Asian Paints, Apollo Hospital, Hindalco, Divis Labs and Tata Steel ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 352.67 points down at 72790.13.

Traders piled up positions in Rubber, Telecommunications, Holding Company, Power and Textiles sectors, while selling was witnessed in FMCG, Logistics, Industrial Consumables, Building Materials and Trading sectors during the day.
