Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Inventure Grwth, Almondz Global, Kothari Prod, Brooks Labs and Reliance Power, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Thursday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 141.25 points up at 21658.6 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Raj Rayon, Azad Engineering, IndInfravit Trust, GIR Natureview and 3rd Rock MultiMedia, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 27 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 23 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Bajaj Finance, Tata Consumer, NTPC, ONGC and IndusInd Bank were among top gainers during the day, while BPCL, LTIMindtree, Dr. Reddys, HCL Tech and Hero MotoCorp ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 490.97 points up at 71847.57.

Traders piled up positions in sectors, while selling was witnessed in sectors during the day.
