Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Tera Software, Cyber Media Ltd, Patel Integrat, Onward Tech and IL&FS Invest, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Thursday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 256.35 points up at 21182.7 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Bohra Industries, Raj Rayon, Winsome Yarns, Shivalik Rasayan and GIR Natureview, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 36 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 14 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Tech Mahindra, LTIMindtree, Infosys, Wipro and HCL Tech were among top gainers during the day, while Power Grid, HDFC Life, Nestle India, Cipla and Tata Consumer ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 929.6 points up at 70514.2.

Traders piled up positions in Telecommunications, Real Estate, Term Lending Institutions, IT Software and Industrial Equipment sectors, while selling was witnessed in Agro Processing, Fertilisers, Apparels, Tea / Coffee and Plastics sectors during the day.
