Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Aster DM Health, Shradha Infraproject, Marksans Pharma, Torrent Power and Minda Corp., hit their fresh 52-week highs during Wednesday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 206.9 points up at 20096.6 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Bohra Industries, Karda Const, Fourth Dimension Sol, Raj Rayon and SEL Manufact, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 40 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 9 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Axis Bank, Hero MotoCorp, M&M, Wipro and Tata Motors were among top gainers during the day, while Adani Ent., ONGC, Divis Labs, Nestle India and Titan Company ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 727.71 points up at 66901.91.

Traders piled up positions in Telecommunications, IT Enabled Services, Tea / Coffee, Hospitals & Allied Services and Airlines sectors, while selling was witnessed in Agro Processing, Industrial Equipment, Apparels, Construction and Trading sectors during the day.
