Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

Onelife Capital, New India Assurance, Compucom Soft, GIC and Lovable Lingerie, hit their fresh 52-week highs during the day.

NEW DELHI: Shares of Onelife Capital, New India Assurance, Compucom Soft, GIC and Lovable Lingerie, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Friday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 7.3 points down at 19794.7 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Bohra Industries, Debock Sales & Mktg, Shaily Engg Pla, Karda Const and SEL Manufact, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 20 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 30 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Cipla, Adani Ent., Divis Labs, Hindalco and Axis Bank were among top gainers during the day, while Apollo Hospital, Wipro, HCL Tech, TCS and Britannia ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 47.77 points down at 65970.04.

Traders piled up positions in Financial Services, Telecommunications, Defence, Infrastructure and IT - Hardware sectors, while selling was witnessed in Agro Processing, Electric/Electronics, Fertilisers, Rubber and Construction sectors during the day.
