Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Hind Rectifiers, Industrial Invst, Tilaknagar Ind, Intense Tech and JP Power, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Friday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 97.35 points up at 19230.6 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Avro India, Shree Ram Proteins, Yasho Industries, Aegis Logistics and Winsome Yarns, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 32 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 18 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Apollo Hospital, Adani Ports SEZ, Eicher Motors, LTIMindtree and Titan Company were among top gainers during the day, while Bajaj Finserv, Dr. Reddys, SBI Life, IndusInd Bank and Tata Steel ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 282.88 points up at 64363.78.

Traders piled up positions in Telecommunications, Real Estate, Shipping, Gems and Jewellery and Industrial Equipment sectors, while selling was witnessed in Agro Processing, Construction, Electric/Electronics, Apparels and Fertilisers sectors during the day.
