Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Advani Hotels, Greenlam Ind, Orbit Exports, Mazda Ltd and Kapston Facilities, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Wednesday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 90.45 points down at 18989.15 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Godha Cabcon & Insul, Max Estates, MT Educare, IRM Energy and Compuage Infocom, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 25 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 25 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, SBI Life, Titan Company, HDFC Life, Kotak Bank and Asian Paints were among top gainers during the day, while M&M, Sun Pharma, Eicher Motors, LTIMindtree and ONGC ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 283.6 points down at 63591.33.

Traders piled up positions in General, Power, Rubber, Real Estate and Retail sectors, while selling was witnessed in General, Power, Rubber, Real Estate and Retail sectors during the day.
