Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Dhanlaxmi Bank, Senco Gold, Satin Creditcare, Andrew Yule and HT Media, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Friday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 89.25 points up at 20192.35 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Penta Gold, Brookfield India Rea, Ratnaveer Precision, Dangee Dums and SS Infrastructure, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 31 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 19 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Bajaj Auto, Bharti Airtel, M&M, Hero MotoCorp and Grasim Inds. were among top gainers during the day, while BPCL, Asian Paints, HUL, Tata Consumer and Britannia ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 319.63 points up at 67838.63.

Traders piled up positions in Telecommunications, Fertilisers, IT Enabled Services, Auto and Glass sectors, while selling was witnessed in Banks, Irrigation & Allied Services, Power, Airlines and Building Materials sectors during the day.
