Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

Dilip Buildcon, STEL Holdings, Dynamic Cables, IFGL Refractories and KIOCL, hit their fresh 52-week highs during the day.

NEW DELHI: Shares of Dilip Buildcon, STEL Holdings, Dynamic Cables, IFGL Refractories and KIOCL, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Tuesday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 20.25 points down at 19733.55 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as SMVD Poly Pack, Advitiya Trade India, Jalan Transolutions, Lexus Granito(India)and MOS Utility, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 21 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 27 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Coal India Ltd, NTPC, Tech Mahindra, HCL Tech and LTIMindtree were among top gainers during the day, while Power Grid, Hero MotoCorp, Apollo Hospital, IndusInd Bank and Bajaj Finserv ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 68.36 points down at 66459.31.

Traders piled up positions in Mining, Telecommunications, Rubber, Industrial Consumables and Fertilisers sectors, while selling was witnessed in Banks, Cables, Glass, Building Materials and Real Estate sectors during the day.
