Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Utkarsh Small Financ, DB Corp., Ucal Fuel Sys, Tanla Solutions and Cupid Ltd, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Friday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 234.15 points down at 19745.0 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as KKV Agro Powers Ltd., Cell Point(India), Spectrum Talent Mana, Quality Foils(India and Bombay Metrics Suppl, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 12 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 38 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, L&T, ONGC, NTPC, SBI and BPCL were among top gainers during the day, while Infosys, Tech Mahindra, HUL, HCL Tech and Wipro ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 887.64 points down at 66684.26.

Traders piled up positions in Beverages - Alcoholic, Telecommunications, Construction, Sugar and Term Lending Institutions sectors, while selling was witnessed in Banks, Irrigation & Allied Services, IT Software, Diversified and Airlines sectors during the day.
