Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Precision Camshaft, Hercules Hoists, DCM Shriram Ind, Integrated Personnel and Agarwal Corp, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Monday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 146.95 points up at 19711.45 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Setubandhan Infra, Ankit Metal Pwr, Synoptics Technologi, Aartech Solonics and Penta Gold, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 31 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 19 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, SBI, Dr. Reddys, Wipro, Grasim Inds. and HDFC Bank were among top gainers during the day, while ONGC, Hero MotoCorp, Tata Motors, Bharti Airtel and JSW Steel ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 529.03 points up at 66589.93.

Traders piled up positions in IT Enabled Services, Agriculture/Horticulture/Livestock, Telecommunications, Rubber and Paper sectors, while selling was witnessed in Banks, Tea / Coffee, Irrigation & Allied Services, Retail and Petrochemicals sectors during the day.
