Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Hardwyn India, KDDL Ltd, The Hi-Tech Gears, Majesco L(PP)and Lumax Auto Tech, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Friday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 46.35 points up at 18534.1 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as DU Digital Global, Power & Instrument, Future Enterprises (DVR), Accuracy Shipping and Sintex Plastics Tech, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 35 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 15 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Hindalco, Hero MotoCorp, Apollo Hospital, Tata Steel and JSW Steel were among top gainers during the day, while Adani Ent., Infosys, BPCL, HDFC Life and TCS ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 118.57 points up at 62547.11.

Traders piled up positions in Trading, Telecommunications, Services, Airlines and Defence sectors, while selling was witnessed in Real Estate, IT Enabled Services, Media & Entertainment, General and Irrigation & Allied Services sectors during the day.
