Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Refex Industries, Cords Cable Ind, Ksolves India, Aurionpro Sol and Par Drugs & Chemical, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Friday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 73.45 points up at 18203.4 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Swaraj Suiting, Gland Pharma, United Nilgiri Tea, Jakharia Fabric and Accuracy Shipping, touched their fresh 52-week lows.


Overall, 30 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 20 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Adani Ent., Adani Ports SEZ, Tata Motors, Tech Mahindra and Infosys were among top gainers during the day, while Divis Labs, Britannia, Tata Consumer, NTPC and ONGC ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 297.94 points up at 61729.68.

Traders piled up positions in Telecommunications, Shipping, Cables, Power and Beverages - Alcoholic sectors, while selling was witnessed in Media & Entertainment, Industrial Equipment, Tea / Coffee, Fertilisers and Irrigation & Allied Services sectors during the day.
