Inox Wind Energy Ltd.(up 5.00%), KPI Green Energy Ltd.(up 5.00%), KKV Agro Powers Ltd.(up 5.00%), Transformers & Rectifiers(India)Ltd.(up 5.00%), Power and Instrumentation(Gujarat)Ltd.(up 4.99%), Inox Wind Ltd.(up 2.90%), Voltamp Transformers Ltd.(up 2.65%), Orient Green Power Company Ltd.(up 2.04%), Hitachi Energy India Ltd.(up 2.04%) and Adani Energy Solutions Ltd.(up 0.92%) stood among the top gainers.

The NSE Nifty50 index ended 129.96 points up at 22040.7, while the 30-share BSE Sensex closed up 376.26 points at 72426.64.
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.(up 4.0%), SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd.(up 3.8%), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(up 3.15%), Larsen & Toubro Ltd.(up 2.62%), Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.(up 2.62%), Bajaj Auto Ltd.(up 2.49%), Tata Motors Ltd.(up 1.97%), Hero MotoCorp Ltd.(up 1.61%), Infosys Ltd.(up 1.51%) and Tata Consumer Products Ltd.(up 1.42%) stood among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
