Stock market update: Nifty Realty index falls 1.05%
The Nifty Realty index closed 1.05 per cent down at 844.6.

NEW DELHI: The Nifty Realty index closed on a negative note on Monday.
Shares of Sobha Ltd.(up 5.06 per cent), DLF Ltd.(up 1.25 per cent) and Macrotech Developers Ltd.(up 0.36 per cent) ended the day as top gainers in the pack.
On the other hand, Raymond Ltd.(down 4.14 per cent), Oberoi Realty Ltd.(down 4.09 per cent), Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd.(down 3.31 per cent), Godrej Properties Ltd.(down 2.75 per cent) and Phoenix Mills Ltd.(down 2.17 per cent) finished as the top losers of the day.
The Nifty Realty index closed 1.05 per cent down at 844.6.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index ended down 263.05 points at 22829.15, while the BSE Sensex stood down 824.29 points at 75366.17.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 6 ended in the green, while 44 closed in the red.
Shares of Vodafone Idea, YES Bank, IDFC First Bank, Suzlon Energy and Bank of India were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
Shares of Rajvir Ind, Reliance Naval & Engg, Navkar Builders, MPS Ltd and Tera Software hit their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade, while U Y Fincorp, Godavari Biorefineri, Inventurus Knowledge, Indoco Remedies and Dangee Dums hit their fresh 52-week lows.
