Stock market update: Nifty Realty index falls 0.84%
The Nifty Realty index closed 0.84 per cent down at 495.4.

NEW DELHI: The Nifty Realty index closed on a negative note on Thursday.
Shares of Prestige Estates Projects(up 1.16 per cent) and Oberoi Realty(up 0.19 per cent) ended the day as top gainers in the pack.
On the other hand, Indiabulls Real Estate(down 2.17 per cent), Phoenix Mills(down 1.47 per cent), DLF(down 1.42 per cent), Macrotech Developers(down 1.19 per cent) and Godrej Properties(down 0.71 per cent) finished as the top losers of the day.
The Nifty Realty index closed 0.84 per cent down at 495.4.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index ended up 27.0 points at 17248.4, while the BSE Sensex stood up 113.11 points at 57901.14.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 24 ended in the green, while 26 closed in the red.
Shares of Vodafone Idea, YES Bank, Ibull Housing Fin, Suzlon Energy and Trident Ltd were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
Shares of Borosil L, Nitco, Websol Energy, BCL Industries and Ginni Filaments hit their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade, while Dhruv Consultancy, Vikas Multicorp(PP), Strides Shasun, Huhtamaki PPL and Nidan Laboratories And Healthcare Ltd. hit their fresh 52-week lows.
