Stock market update: Nifty Realty index falls 0.35%
The Nifty Realty index closed 0.35 per cent down at 441.55.

NEW DELHI: The Nifty Realty index closed on a negative note on Wednesday.
Shares of Oberoi Realty(up 1.02 per cent), Macrotech Developers(up 0.7 per cent), Phoenix Mills(up 0.56 per cent) and Brigade Enterprises(up 0.27 per cent) ended the day as top gainers in the pack.
On the other hand, Prestige Estates Projects(down 1.45 per cent), Godrej Properties(down 1.3 per cent), Indiabulls Real Estate(down 1.14 per cent) and DLF(down 0.47 per cent) finished as the top losers of the day.
The Nifty Realty index closed 0.35 per cent down at 441.55.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index ended down 69.85 points at 17245.65, while the BSE Sensex stood down 304.48 points at 57684.82.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 22 ended in the green, while 28 closed in the red.
Shares of Vodafone Idea, L&T Fin Holding, SAIL, YES Bank and IDFC First Bank were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
Shares of GMR Power and Urban Infra Ltd., Shivalik Bimetal, Suven Pharma, Royal Orchid and North Eastern hit their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade, while Dhani Ibull Ventures, SP Refractories Ltd., Gateway Distriparks Ltd., Akash Infra-Proj and A and M Jumbo Bags L hit their fresh 52-week lows.
