Stock market update: Nifty Realty index falls 0.34% in an upbeat market

Investors should therefore use dips towards 15,200-15,400 to their advantage to accumulate quality largecaps and midcaps.
NEW DELHI: The Nifty Realty index traded negative around 11:00AM(IST)on Thursday in an upbeat market.
DLF Ltd.(up 0.4 per cent) and Prestige Estates Projects Ltd.(up 0.3 per cent) were among the top gainers.
Macrotech Developers Ltd.(down 1.42 per cent), Sobha Ltd.(down 1.12 per cent), Godrej Properties Ltd.(down 0.97 per cent), Brigade Enterprises Ltd.(down 0.47 per cent) and Phoenix Mills Ltd.(down 0.45 per cent) were the top losers on the index.

Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 2.35 points at 19813.7, while the BSE Sensex was up 3.64 points at 66476.69.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 25 were trading in the green, while 25 were in the red.
Shares of Vodafone Idea, Zomato, MMTC, JP Power and Infibeam Avenues were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
Shares of Sical Logistics, MMTC, GHCL Textiles, MOIL and Premier Poly hit their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade, while Shekhawati Poly, BGR Energy, Winsome Yarns, JP Associates and Infosys hit fresh 52-week lows in trade.
