Stock market update: Nifty Realty index advances 1.74% in an upbeat market
The Nifty Realty index was trading 1.74 per cent up at 892.1.

NEW DELHI: The Nifty Realty index traded positive around 10:24AM(IST)on Tuesday in an upbeat market.
Macrotech Developers Ltd.(up 3.51 per cent), Godrej Properties Ltd.(up 2.33 per cent), DLF Ltd.(up 2.23 per cent), Phoenix Mills Ltd.(up 1.76 per cent) and Oberoi Realty Ltd.(up 0.96 per cent) were among the top gainers.
Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd.(down 1.62 per cent) and Prestige Estates Projects Ltd.(down 0.13 per cent) were the top losers on the index.
The Nifty Realty index was up 1.74 per cent at 892.1 at the time of writing this report.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 0.91 points at 22121.35, while the BSE Sensex was up 85.44 points at 72793.6.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 18 were trading in the green, while 32 were in the red.
Shares of YES Bank, Vodafone Idea, NHPC, Zomato and HFCL were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
Shares of Airo Lam, Snowman Logistics, Zaggle Prepaid Ocean, Manaksia Coated and Sundaram Finance hit their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade, while Shree Vasu Logistics, Vaxtex Cotfab, 3rd Rock MultiMedia, Norben Tea Exp and SAB Events & Governa hit fresh 52-week lows in trade.
