Stock market update: Nifty Realty index advances 1.09%
The Nifty Realty index closed 1.09 per cent up at 484.0.

NEW DELHI: The Nifty Realty index closed on a positive note on Thursday.
Shares of SOBHA(up 7.22 per cent), Macrotech Developers(up 2.49 per cent), Phoenix Mills(up 1.57 per cent), Brigade Enterprises(up 1.25 per cent) and Oberoi Realty(up 1.05 per cent) ended the day as top gainers in the pack.
On the other hand, Mahindra Lifespace Developers(down 2.21 per cent) and Indiabulls Real Estate(down 0.15 per cent) finished as the top losers of the day.
The Nifty Realty index closed 1.09 per cent up at 484.0.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index ended down 46.65 points at 18487.75, while the BSE Sensex stood down 193.7 points at 62428.54.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 27 ended in the green, while 23 closed in the red.
Shares of Suzlon Energy, YES Bank, Zomato, Reliance Power and Vodafone Idea were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
Shares of Hardwyn India, Beardsell Ltd, Arvind SmartSpaces, R Systems Intnl and V-Marc India hit their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade, while Praxis Home Retail, Goenka Diamond, Sintex Plastics Tech, Lexus Granito(India)and Future Enterprises (DVR)hit their fresh 52-week lows.
