Siemens shares gain 0.88% as Sensex rises

Shares of the Siemens Ltd. traded at Rs 2291.9 on BSE at 11:47AM (IST) on Thursday, up 0.88 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 1919.5 and a high of Rs 2577.45.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 77.65 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 29.52 per share and 7.32 times its book value, as per BSE data.


A total of 863 shares changed hands on the counter till 11:47AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 81620.98 crore and is part of the Capital Goods - Diversified industry.

The scrip has been an outperformer , up 12.96 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 0.85 per cent fall in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 2302.7 and Rs 2279.0.
