Siemens shares drop 2.84% as Sensex falls

Shares of the Siemens Ltd. traded at Rs 2277.35 on BSE at 01:55PM (IST) on Wednesday, down 2.84 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 1919.5 and a high of Rs 2577.45.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 77.17 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 29.52 per share and 7.32 times its book value, as per BSE data.


A total of 32,857 shares changed hands on the counter till 01:55PM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 81120.63 crore and is part of the Capital Goods - Diversified industry.

The scrip has been an outperformer , up 14.1 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 1.75 per cent fall in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 2378.15 and Rs 2253.45.
