Siemens shares decline 0.46% as Sensex slides

Shares of the Siemens Ltd. traded at Rs 3795.0 on BSE at 11:23AM (IST) on Monday, down 0.46 per cent from previous close.

The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 2670.35 and a high of Rs 4066.1.

Earlier, the stock saw a gap down opening in the morning.


A total of 1,991 lakh shares changed hands on the counter till 11:23AM (IST).

The stock of Siemens Ltd. commands a market value of Rs 135019.43 crore.

The stock traded at a price-to-earning (P/E) multiple of 66.12, while the price-to-book value ratio stood at 8.49. Return on equity (ROE) was at 13.28 per cent, according to exchange data.

In the BSE500 pack, 250 stocks traded in the green, while 251 stocks were in the red.

Promoters held 75.0 per cent in the Siemens Ltd. as of 30-Jun-2023 while foreign and domestic institutional investors owned 7.58 per cent and 7.92 per cent, respectively.
