Shriram Finance shares gain 1.47% as Sensex rises

Shares of the Shriram Finance Ltd. traded at Rs 2975.35 on BSE at 11:47AM (IST) on Thursday, up 1.47 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 1759.2 and a high of Rs 3058.95.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 14.57 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 204.41 per share and 1.81 times its book value, as per BSE data.


A total of 22,124 shares changed hands on the counter till 11:47AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 111938.96 crore and is part of the NBFC - Diversified industry.

The scrip has been an outperformer , up 63.93 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 22.66 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 2981.1 and Rs 2920.15.

Promoters held 25.0 per cent in the company as of 30-Jun-2024. FII and MF ownership in Shriram Finance Ltd. stood at 54.28 per cent and 10.18 per cent, respectively.
