Share price of Siemens falls as Nifty strengthens

Shares of Siemens Ltd. slipped 0.72 per cent to Rs 2894.5 in Wednesday's trade as of 01:09PM (IST).

The stock hit a high price of Rs 2935.0 and low of Rs 2891.0 during the session.

The return on equity (ROE) for the stock stood at 10.53 per cent. Traded volume on the counter stood at 01:09PM shares and turnover at Rs 19.6 crore around that time.


The stock of Siemens Ltd. quoted a 52-week high and 52-week low prices of Rs 2935.0 and Rs 2023.15, respectively.

The Beta value of the counter, which measures its volatility in relation to the broader market, stood at 1.3.

Promoters held 75.0 per cent stake in the company as of 30-Jun-2022, while FIIs held 5.42 per cent and domestic institutional investors had 9.64 per cent.

Key Financials
The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 4337.0 crore for the quarter ended 30-Jun-2022, up 7.85 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 4021.5 crore and up 45.33 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 2984.2 crore.

Net profit after tax for the latest quarter stood at Rs 300.7 crore, up 116.49 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.
