Share price of PI Industries falls as Nifty strengthens

Promoters held 46.01 per cent stake in the company as of 30-Jun-2023, while FIIs held 19.17 per cent and domestic institutional investors had 16.79 per cent.
Key Financials
The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 1615.1 crore for the quarter ended 31-Mar-2023, down 2.9 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 1663.4 crore and down 14.13 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 1415.2 crore. Net profit after tax for the latest quarter stood at Rs 280.6 crore, up 37.28 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.
