Share price of Lupin falls as Nifty strengthens

Shares of Lupin Ltd. slipped 0.03 per cent to Rs 2239.05 in Monday's trade as of 11:57AM (IST).

The stock hit a high price of Rs 2265.25 and low of Rs 2234.9 during the session.

The return on equity (ROE) for the stock stood at 13.5 per cent. Traded volume on the counter stood at 11:57AM shares and turnover at Rs 2.07 crore around that time.


The stock of Lupin Ltd. quoted a 52-week high and 52-week low prices of Rs 2265.25 and Rs 1088.3, respectively.

The Beta value of the counter, which measures its volatility in relation to the broader market, stood at 0.75.

Promoters held 46.98 per cent stake in the company as of 30-Jun-2024, while FIIs held 19.32 per cent and domestic institutional investors had 26.62 per cent.

Key Financials
The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 5668.11 crore for the quarter ended 30-Jun-2024, up 13.59 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 4990.04 crore and up 17.19 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 4836.89 crore.

Net profit after tax for the latest quarter stood at Rs 801.31 crore, up 77.18 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.
