Share price of ICICI Lombard falls as Nifty strengthens

Shares of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd. slipped 0.75 per cent to Rs 1314.45 in Wednesday's trade as of 12:39PM (IST).

The stock hit a high price of Rs 1331.15 and low of Rs 1311.7 during the session.

The return on equity (ROE) for the stock stood at 16.55 per cent. Traded volume on the counter stood at 12:39PM shares and turnover at Rs 3503.0 crore around that time.


The stock of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd. quoted a 52-week high and 52-week low prices of Rs 1422.85 and Rs 1049.1, respectively.

The Beta value of the counter, which measures its volatility in relation to the broader market, stood at 0.64.

Promotor/FII Holding
Promoters held 48.01 per cent stake in the company as of 30-Jun-2023, while overseas investors held 22.0 per cent and domestic institutional investors had 18.1 per cent.

Key Financials
The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 4723.62 crore for the quarter ended 30-Jun-2023, down 13.27 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 5446.57 crore and down 13.84 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 4149.38 crore.

Net profit after tax for the latest quarter stood at Rs 390.36 crore, up 11.84 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.
