Share price of Crompton Greaves falls as Nifty weakens

Shares of Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd. slipped 0.62 per cent to Rs 360.1 in Wednesday's trade as of 01:23PM (IST).

The stock hit a high price of Rs 366.0 and low of Rs 356.45 during the session.

The return on equity (ROE) for the stock stood at 23.57 per cent. Traded volume on the counter stood at 01:23PM shares and turnover at Rs 0.9 crore around that time.


The stock of Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd. quoted a 52-week high and 52-week low prices of Rs 512.05 and Rs 323.65, respectively.

The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 1570.07 crore for the quarter ended 31-Mar-2022, up 10.21 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 1424.63 crore and up 1.78 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 1542.65 crore.

Net profit after tax for the latest quarter stood at Rs 176.55 crore, down 29.12 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.
