Share price of Avenue Supermart falls as Nifty strengthens

The stock hit a high price of Rs 4751.2 and low of Rs 4613.05 during the session.

The return on equity (ROE) for the stock stood at 13.56 per cent. Traded volume on the counter stood at 01:54PM shares and turnover at Rs 12.89 crore around that time.


The stock of Avenue Supermarts Ltd. quoted a 52-week high and 52-week low prices of Rs 5220.0 and Rs 3493.05, respectively.

Key Financials
The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 12764.42 crore for the quarter ended 31-Mar-2024, down 6.18 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 13605.39 crore and down 20.11 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 10627.18 crore.

Net profit after tax for the latest quarter stood at Rs 563.25 crore, up 22.41 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.
