Share market update: Most active stocks on D-Street today in terms of volume

NEW DELHI: Vodafone Idea(number of shares traded: 5.65 crore), Srestha Finvest(number of shares traded: 1.87 crore), RattanIndia Power (number of shares traded: 1.47 crore), Thinkink Picturez(number of shares traded: 1.42 crore), Avance Tech(number of shares traded: 1.37 crore), GMR Power and Urban(number of shares traded: 1.28 crore), Enbee Trade Fin(number of shares traded: 0.93 crore), Sharanam Infra(number of shares traded: 0.92 crore), Pradhin Ltd.(number of shares traded: 0.75 crore) and Kansal Fibres(number of shares traded: 0.70 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 11:22AM in Friday's session.

The NSE Nifty index was trading 57.91 points up at 25606.9, while BSE Sensex was up 178.22 points at 83934.09 at the time of writing this report.

In the Nifty index, Jio Financial Services Ltd.(up 3.52 per cent), Adani Enterprises Ltd.(up 2.02 per cent), Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.(up 1.52 per cent), Asian Paints Ltd.(up 1.47 per cent) and Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(up 1.42 per cent) were among the top gainers.


While Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd.(down 1.22 per cent), Cipla Ltd.(down 1.16 per cent), Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(down 1.12 per cent), Eternal Ltd.(down 1.12 per cent) and Grasim Industries Ltd.(down 0.84 per cent) were among the top losers in the index.
