Share market update: Most active stocks on D-Street today in terms of volume

NEW DELHI: Rajnish Wellness(number of shares traded: 2.89 crore), Vodafone Idea(number of shares traded: 2.18 crore), Srestha Finvest(number of shares traded: 0.94 crore), Gujarat Toolroom(number of shares traded: 0.77 crore), YES Bank(number of shares traded: 0.65 crore), Easy Trip Planners(number of shares traded: 0.52 crore), Mangalam Industrial(number of shares traded: 0.51 crore), Avance Tech(number of shares traded: 0.49 crore), Zomato(number of shares traded: 0.43 crore) and Sheetal Diamond(number of shares traded: 0.38 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 11:22AM in Wednesday's session.

The NSE Nifty index was trading 40.85 points up at 23065.5, while BSE Sensex was 236.11 points at 76074.47 at the time of writing this report.

In the Nifty index, Wipro Ltd.(up 2.80 per cent), Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.(up 2.37 per cent), Tech Mahindra Ltd.(up 2.21 per cent), Infosys Ltd.(up 2.16 per cent) and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.(up 1.46 per cent) were among the top gainers.


While Bharat Electronics Ltd.(down 3.80 per cent), Tata Motors Ltd.(down 2.47 per cent), Trent Ltd.(down 2.25 per cent), Adani Enterprises Ltd.(down 1.77 per cent) and Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.(down 1.39 per cent) were among the top losers in the index.
