Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of traded value

NEW DELHI: Zomato Ltd.(Rs. 1391.29 crore), Adani Green(Rs. 1300.10 crore), Adani Ent.(Rs. 1255.51 crore), RIL(Rs. 1175.00 crore), Bajaj Finserv(Rs. 1149.11 crore), ICICI Bank(Rs. 1133.79 crore), Adani Ports SEZ(Rs. 1122.96 crore), HDFC Bank(Rs. 1093.84 crore), Infosys(Rs. 856.30 crore) and Tata Motors(Rs. 809.01 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Tuesday's session.

The NSE Nifty index ended the session 86.8 points up at 17577.5, while BSE Sensex rose 257.43 points to 59031.3.

In the Nifty index, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.(up 3.78 per cent), Eicher Motors Ltd.(up 3.02 per cent), Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(up 2.72 per cent), Titan Company Ltd.(up 2.59 per cent) and Tata Steel Ltd.(up 2.43 per cent) stood among the top gainers.


On the other hand, Infosys Ltd.(down 2.11 per cent), Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.(down 2.09 per cent), Divi's Laboratories Ltd.(down 1.35 per cent), HCL Technologies Ltd.(down 1.31 per cent) and Hindustan Unilever Ltd.(down 1.29 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
