Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of traded value

NEW DELHI: One Mobikwik Systems(Rs. 5053.29 crore), Greaves Cotton(Rs. 2105.93 crore), Amber Enterprises(Rs. 1381.53 crore), Tata Motors(Rs. 1198.21 crore), Finolex Inds.(Rs. 1123.34 crore), Transrail Lighting Ltd.(Rs. 1115.99 crore), SBI(Rs. 858.65 crore), RIL(Rs. 856.29 crore), ITC(Rs. 780.07 crore) and Infosys(Rs. 752.88 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Friday's session.

The NSE Nifty index ended the session 63.21 points up at 23813.4, while BSE Sensex 226.59 points to 78699.07.

In the Nifty index, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd.(up 2.54 per cent), Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.(up 2.49 per cent), IndusInd Bank Ltd.(up 2.31 per cent), Eicher Motors Ltd.(up 1.58 per cent) and Bajaj Finance Ltd.(up 1.35 per cent) stood among the top gainers.


On the other hand, Hindalco Industries Ltd.(down 1.81 per cent), Coal India Ltd.(down 1.58 per cent), State Bank of India(down 1.58 per cent), Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.(down 1.40 per cent) and Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(down 1.07 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
