Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of traded value

NEW DELHI: Tinna Trade(Rs. 9978445 crore), Polo Queen Industria(Rs. 9975826 crore), J A Finance(Rs. 9963099 crore), Telesys Info-Infra(Rs. 9917730 crore), SMIFS Capital(Rs. 9883461 crore), Alfred Herbert(Rs. 9882250 crore), Pooja Entertain(Rs. 9753730 crore), Prag Bosimi Syn(Rs. 9744546 crore), Sujala Trading(Rs. 9735610 crore) and Premier Capital Serv(Rs. 9693400 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Friday's session.

The NSE Nifty index ended the session 55.1 points down at 19310.15, while BSE Sensex fell 202.36 points to 64948.66.

In the Nifty index, Adani Enterprises Ltd.(up 3.94 per cent), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(up 3.24 per cent), Eicher Motors Ltd.(up 1.55 per cent), Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.(up 0.86 per cent) and Nestle India Ltd.(up 0.75 per cent) stood among the top gainers.


On the other hand, Hero MotoCorp Ltd.(down 2.14 per cent), Coal India Ltd.(down 2.09 per cent), Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.(down 2.00 per cent), Hindalco Industries Ltd.(down 1.81 per cent) and Tech Mahindra Ltd.(down 1.70 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
