Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of total traded value

NEW DELHI: HDFC Life(Rs. 2490.05 crore), Endurance Tech.(Rs. 92.26 crore), Bajaj Finserv(Rs. 54.53 crore), Bajaj Finance(Rs. 27.12 crore), Deepak Nitrite(Rs. 22.18 crore), Adani Ports SEZ(Rs. 19.41 crore), Pondy Oxides(Rs. 13.93 crore), ICICI Lombard(Rs. 13.37 crore), Tata Motors(Rs. 12.73 crore) and Ambuja Cements(Rs. 12.35 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:09AM in Tuesday's session.

The NSE Nifty index traded 112.4 points up at 18048.75, while BSE Sensex was up 395.89 points at 60511.02 as of 10:09AM(IST)on September 13.

In the Nifty index, Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(up 5.08 per cent), HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd.(up 2.12 per cent), Titan Company Ltd.(up 2.06 per cent), Bajaj Finance Ltd.(up 1.96 per cent) and SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd.(up 1.75 per cent) were among the top gainers.


On the other hand, Cipla Ltd.(down 0.46 per cent), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.(down 0.28 per cent), Divi's Laboratories Ltd.(down 0.08 per cent), Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd.(down 0.06 per cent) and Eicher Motors Ltd.(down 0.06 per cent) were among the top losers.
