Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of total traded value

NEW DELHI: TCS(Rs. 674.19 crore), Ibull Housing Fin(Rs. 427.89 crore), Tata Motors(Rs. 380.96 crore), Infosys(Rs. 341.91 crore), Dhani Ibull Ventures(Rs. 325.82 crore), SBI(Rs. 323.49 crore), RIL(Rs. 306.28 crore), Ibull Real Estate(Rs. 283.20 crore), Adani Power(Rs. 271.15 crore) and HDFC(Rs. 258.39 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:29AM in Tuesday's session.

The NSE Nifty index traded 260.15 points down at 16946.5, while BSE Sensex was down 880.91 points at 56802.68 as of 10:29AM(IST)on February 22.

In the Nifty index, Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.(up 0.34 per cent), Hero MotoCorp Ltd.(up -0.05 per cent), Bajaj Auto Ltd.(up -0.07 per cent), Eicher Motors Ltd.(up -0.23 per cent) and Hindalco Industries Ltd.(up -0.31 per cent) were among the top gainers.


On the other hand, Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.(down 3.17 per cent), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.(down 2.98 per cent), UPL Ltd.(down 2.91 per cent), Bharti Airtel Ltd.(down 2.78 per cent) and Tata Motors Ltd.(down 2.56 per cent) were among the top losers.
