Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of total traded value

NEW DELHI: Dhani Ibull Ventures(Rs. 31.98 crore), Tata Steel(Rs. 31.10 crore), Tata Motors(Rs. 29.78 crore), Tata Power(Rs. 25.56 crore), SBI(Rs. 23.71 crore), Himadri Speciality(Rs. 22.45 crore), Reliance Power(Rs. 22.37 crore), Jubilant Food(Rs. 20.64 crore), Tata Consumer(Rs. 20.17 crore) and Vedanta (Rs. 20.13 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 11:10AM in Thursday's session.

The NSE Nifty index traded 78.75 points down at 17701.25, while BSE Sensex was down 272.89 points at 59285.44 as of 11:10AM(IST)on February 03.

In the Nifty index, Hero MotoCorp Ltd.(up 3.57 per cent), Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.(up 2.42 per cent), Bajaj Auto Ltd.(up 2.36 per cent), Titan Company Ltd.(up 1.46 per cent) and Asian Paints Ltd.(up 0.96 per cent) were among the top gainers.


On the other hand, NTPC Ltd.(down 2.48 per cent), Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd.(down 2.37 per cent), SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd.(down 1.89 per cent), Larsen & Toubro Ltd.(down 1.87 per cent) and Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.(down 1.78 per cent) were among the top losers.
