Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of total traded value

NEW DELHI: Suzlon Energy(Rs. 39.24 crore), Adani Power(Rs. 29.88 crore), IndusInd Bank(Rs. 29.59 crore), Adani Green(Rs. 29.08 crore), Data Patterns(India)(Rs. 28.14 crore), BEL(Rs. 25.19 crore), Tata Motors(Rs. 22.60 crore), Jio Financial Services(Rs. 21.22 crore), Kalyan Jewellers Ind(Rs. 18.81 crore) and Prime Sec(Rs. 18.10 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 11:00AM in Monday's session.

The NSE Nifty index traded 85.96 points up at 22638.45, while BSE Sensex was up 296.46 points at 74629.04 as of 11:00AM(IST)on March 10.

In the Nifty index, Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.(up 3.48 per cent), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(up 1.86 per cent), Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(up 1.83 per cent), JSW Steel Ltd.(up 1.81 per cent) and Bajaj Finance Ltd.(up 1.80 per cent) were among the top gainers.


On the other hand, IndusInd Bank Ltd.(down 3.37 per cent), Trent Ltd.(down 2.17 per cent), Bajaj Auto Ltd.(down 1.39 per cent), Larsen & Toubro Ltd.(down 1.10 per cent) and Hero MotoCorp Ltd.(down 0.78 per cent) were among the top losers.
