Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of total traded value

NEW DELHI: Axis Bank(Rs. 131.91 crore), Tata Motors(Rs. 118.75 crore), Bajaj Finance(Rs. 81.14 crore), Zomato(Rs. 46.69 crore), Commercial Engg(Rs. 40.40 crore), Waaree Energies(Rs. 35.18 crore), Kalyan Jewellers Ind(Rs. 30.10 crore), Kaynes Technology(Rs. 26.78 crore), Voltas(Rs. 25.48 crore) and Sangam Renewables(Rs. 20.34 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 11:15AM in Thursday's session.

The NSE Nifty index traded 125.21 points up at 23288.3, while BSE Sensex was up 303.79 points at 76836.75 as of 11:15AM(IST)on January 30.

In the Nifty index, Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.(up 2.99 per cent), Bajaj Finance Ltd.(up 2.84 per cent), Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.(up 2.82 per cent), Cipla Ltd.(up 2.72 per cent) and Bharat Electronics Ltd.(up 2.66 per cent) were among the top gainers.


On the other hand, Tata Motors Ltd.(down 6.31 per cent), Infosys Ltd.(down 0.98 per cent), UltraTech Cement Ltd.(down 0.40 per cent), ICICI Bank Ltd.(down 0.23 per cent) and Wipro Ltd.(down 0.15 per cent) were among the top losers.
