Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of total traded value

NEW DELHI: Adani Power(Rs. 1432.25 crore), Adani Green(Rs. 919.00 crore), BSE(Rs. 853.76 crore), Mazagon Dock Ship(Rs. 429.50 crore), HDFC Bank(Rs. 411.01 crore), Zomato(Rs. 391.24 crore), HDFC AMC(Rs. 352.33 crore), One Mobikwik Systems(Rs. 345.74 crore), Maruti Suzuki(Rs. 283.98 crore) and RIL(Rs. 269.44 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:29AM in Wednesday's session.

The NSE Nifty index traded 60.86 points up at 23236.9, while BSE Sensex was 312.22 points at 76811.85 as of 10:29AM(IST)on January 15.

In the Nifty index, Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.(up 3.59 per cent), NTPC Ltd.(up 3.48 per cent), Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.(up 2.95 per cent), Coal India Ltd.(up 2.52 per cent) and Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.(up 1.92 per cent) were among the top gainers.


On the other hand, Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(down 3.07 per cent), Bajaj Finance Ltd.(down 2.68 per cent), Shriram Finance Ltd.(down 1.90 per cent), Axis Bank Ltd.(down 1.73 per cent) and SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd.(down 1.67 per cent) were among the top losers.
