Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of total traded value

NEW DELHI: Vodafone Idea(Rs. 2793.86 crore), Bajaj Finance(Rs. 1867.49 crore), Tech Mahindra(Rs. 1715.92 crore), Kotak Bank(Rs. 1345.84 crore), SAIL(Rs. 715.47 crore), HDFC Bank(Rs. 711.51 crore), Hind Copper(Rs. 622.88 crore), L&T Tech(Rs. 547.14 crore), GMR Infra(Rs. 545.45 crore) and BHEL(Rs. 543.48 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:39AM in Friday's session.

The NSE Nifty index traded 53.15 points down at 22517.2, while BSE Sensex was down 218.28 points at 74121.16 as of 10:39AM(IST)on April 26.

In the Nifty index, Tech Mahindra Ltd.(up 8.70 per cent), LTIMindtree Ltd.(up 3.28 per cent), Divi's Laboratories Ltd.(up 3.14 per cent), Bajaj Auto Ltd.(up 2.43 per cent) and Wipro Ltd.(up 2.04 per cent) were among the top gainers.


On the other hand, Bajaj Finance Ltd.(down 7.03 per cent), Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(down 2.74 per cent), Nestle India Ltd.(down 1.86 per cent), IndusInd Bank Ltd.(down 1.72 per cent) and Tata Consumer Products Ltd.(down 1.27 per cent) were among the top losers.
