Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of total traded value

The NSE Nifty index was trading 101.6 points down at 19692.4

Agarwal said the global economy is showing clear signs of recovery. The second wave of Covid-19 is ebbing in India with total active cases at less than 20 per cent of May highs.

NEW DELHI: Infosys(Rs. 1377.25 crore), HDFC Bank(Rs. 1073.72 crore), ITI Ltd(Rs. 675.50 crore), MMTC(Rs. 590.57 crore), Angel One(Rs. 519.80 crore), SBI(Rs. 478.37 crore), HDFC AMC(Rs. 395.08 crore), TCS(Rs. 371.91 crore), HCL Tech(Rs. 305.50 crore) and RIL(Rs. 288.46 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:39AM in Friday's session.

The NSE Nifty index traded 101.6 points down at 19692.4, while BSE Sensex was down 348.33 points at 66060.06 as of 10:39AM(IST)on October 13.

In the Nifty index, Tata Consumer Products Ltd.(up 2.57 per cent), HCL Technologies Ltd.(up 2.23 per cent), IndusInd Bank Ltd.(up 2.19 per cent), Cipla Ltd.(up 0.92 per cent) and Hero MotoCorp Ltd.(up 0.54 per cent) were among the top gainers.

On the other hand, Adani Enterprises Ltd.(down 3.21 per cent), Infosys Ltd.(down 2.38 per cent), Axis Bank Ltd.(down 2.37 per cent), State Bank of India(down 1.71 per cent) and Wipro Ltd.(down 1.70 per cent) were among the top losers.
