Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of total traded value

NEW DELHI: HDFC Bank(Rs. 567.86 crore), RIL(Rs. 463.47 crore), Adani Ent.(Rs. 403.28 crore), HAL(Rs. 389.01 crore), HDFC(Rs. 369.10 crore), ICICI Bank(Rs. 343.29 crore), HDFC Life(Rs. 339.38 crore), FACT(Rs. 270.06 crore), Tata Motors(Rs. 266.74 crore) and Mazagon Dock Ship(Rs. 254.81 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 11:11AM in Tuesday's session.

The NSE Nifty index traded 26.2 points up at 18717.4, while BSE Sensex was up 100.33 points at 63070.33 as of 11:11AM(IST)on June 27.

In the Nifty index, Bharti Airtel Ltd.(up 2.00 per cent), HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd.(up 1.86 per cent), Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd.(up 1.55 per cent), Tata Motors Ltd.(up 1.35 per cent) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.(up 1.10 per cent) were among the top gainers.


On the other hand, Cipla Ltd.(down 1.26 per cent), UPL Ltd.(down 0.97 per cent), Titan Company Ltd.(down 0.87 per cent), IndusInd Bank Ltd.(down 0.80 per cent) and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.(down 0.80 per cent) were among the top losers.
