Share market update: Most active stocks in today's market in terms of volume

NEW DELHI: Vodafone Idea(numbers of share traded: 34.51 crore), Alok Industries(numbers of share traded: 27.42 crore), Ola Electric Mobility Ltd.(numbers of share traded: 16.84 crore), JP Power(numbers of share traded: 15.53 crore), GTL Infra(numbers of share traded: 10.57 crore), Filatex Fashions(numbers of share traded: 9.22 crore), LE Travenues Techno(numbers of share traded: 8.50 crore), PC Jeweller(numbers of share traded: 7.81 crore), Magellanic Cloud(numbers of share traded: 7.72 crore) and RattanIndia Power (numbers of share traded: 6.54 crore) emerged top gainers in Thursday's market in terms of trading volume.

The NSE Nifty index closed 100.6 points down at 25111.45, while BSE Sensex ended down 375.24 points at 82259.24.

On the other hand, Tech Mahindra Ltd.(down 2.75 per cent), IndusInd Bank Ltd.(down 1.67 per cent), Infosys Ltd.(down 1.52 per cent), SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd.(down 1.44 per cent) and HCL Technologies Ltd.(down 1.21 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
