Share market update: Most active stocks in today's market in terms of volume

NEW DELHI: Vodafone Idea(numbers of share traded: 63.00 crore), JP Power(numbers of share traded: 32.21 crore), Network18 Media(numbers of share traded: 31.84 crore), Ola Electric Mobility Ltd.(numbers of share traded: 18.34 crore), Hathway Cable(numbers of share traded: 10.47 crore), GTL Infra(numbers of share traded: 10.32 crore), YES Bank(numbers of share traded: 8.04 crore), RattanIndia Power (numbers of share traded: 7.75 crore), Suzlon Energy(numbers of share traded: 5.27 crore) and Magellanic Cloud(numbers of share traded: 5.07 crore) emerged top gainers in Wednesday's market in terms of trading volume.

The NSE Nifty index closed 16.25 points up at 25212.05, while BSE Sensex ended up 63.57 points at 82634.48.

On the other hand, Shriram Finance Ltd.(down 2.36 per cent), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.(down 1.54 per cent), Eternal Ltd.(down 1.54 per cent), Tata Steel Ltd.(down 1.06 per cent) and Cipla Ltd.(down 1.02 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
