Share market update: Most active stocks in today's market in terms of volume

NEW DELHI: Remedium Lifecare(numbers of share traded: 7.37 crore), Karda Const(numbers of share traded: 6.75 crore), Vodafone Idea(numbers of share traded: 6.39 crore), GTL Infra(numbers of share traded: 6.37 crore), Enbee Trade Fin(numbers of share traded: 5.00 crore), RattanIndia Power (numbers of share traded: 2.85 crore), Reliance Power(numbers of share traded: 2.49 crore), Sunshine Capital(numbers of share traded: 2.38 crore), Thinkink Picturez(numbers of share traded: 1.25 crore) and Standard Cap(numbers of share traded: 1.22 crore) emerged top gainers in Friday's market in terms of trading volume.

The NSE Nifty index closed 169.61 points down at 24718.6, while BSE Sensex ended down 573.38 points at 81118.6.

On the other hand, Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(down 2.83 per cent), State Bank of India(down 1.69 per cent), ITC Ltd.(down 1.69 per cent), IndusInd Bank Ltd.(down 1.58 per cent) and Hindalco Industries Ltd.(down 1.43 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
